AIIMAS is a “non- profit” company incorporated under section 8 of The Companies Act , 2013 read with the incorporation rules for section 8 companies under the Ease of Doing Business( EoDB) initiatives by the MCA . The company has been formed with the primary object to promote, educate and spread awareness on Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanism including Mediation, Arbitration, International Commercial Arbitration, Conciliation, Neutral Evaluation etc. and to promote science, health, social welfare, charity, protection of environment or any other such objects.

AIIMAS intends to apply its profits, if any, or other income in promoting its objects only and no profit will be made or distributed directly or indirectly by way of dividends, bonus, profits in any manner to the members of the company.

AIIMAS is duly registered with Niti Aayog, Govt. of India.

AIIMAS is a platform of highly accomplished and renowned professionals who have an experience of more than 25 years as practicing advocates, solicitors and retired Judicial Officers.

All the Directors are certified ADR trainers. They have been serving as Mediators for more than a decade. All the Trainers have vast experience of conducting mediations in thousands of disputes of all nature like, Family Disputes, Labour, Employment & Industrial Disputes, Partition matters, Injunction Matters, Bank Recovery cases, Trademark & Copyright Disputes, Money Recovery matters, Religious Disputes, Real Estate Matters, Commercial Disputes, Community Disputes, RWA Disputes, Matrimonial matters, Compoundable Offences, MACT Claims, Environmental disputes, Cooperative Society Disputes, Educational matters, Insurance Disputes etc.

Some of the Directors are accredited as “Certified Mediator with International Mediation Institute “ (IMI) which is an established International Institute for Mediation in the world after being selected by a distinguished panel.

All members have received the Training of Trainers (TOT). The Members of AIIMAS have given training in almost all the states of India including major cities, towns, districts and talukas. 

Having shouldered responsibilities of being the torch bearer of spreading Mediation all over India, they have gained wealth of experience in the field of Mediation. This experience has further reinforced their skills to impact and connect with the audiences. AIIMAS team has deep perspective, yet astounding simplicity which leads an everlasting impact on participants as well as ones who get to know them.

AIIMAS team has also been actively associated with people from various cultural backgrounds to bridge the areas in communication and comprehend the changing needs of different states in India and Internationally, in the legal and corporate field. AIIMAS has various experts/advisors on their panel from the field of Psychology, Finance, Management, Sociology, Consumer Affairs, Corporate Law, Administration, Teaching, Revenue Law, Banking, Environment, Armed Forces, Bureaucracy, Labour & Industrial Law, RWA’s, Social/Spiritual/Charitable Organizations, ADR etc. The team is also working for women empowerment and promoting law students in the field of ADR.
