Aims and Objectives:

The Company/Corporate body society shall primarily have the following Purpose, Aim and objectives which are not exhaustive:

• To promote and provide services in the field of Mediation, Arbitration, Conciliation and the ancillary fields of Dispute/Conflict resolution mechanism .
• To impart trainings on the “Concept and Techniques” of Mediation and Conciliation and/or other Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanisms.
• To conduct workshops relating to the Techniques of Mediation, Concept of Arbitration and Conciliation etc or of any other field related to social legislation/social causes.
• To organize programs for awareness of ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) for the society at large.
• To impart trainings and cause awareness amongst corporate sectors, lawyers, law firms, law students, Govt. undertakings, PSU/s, Pvt. and Public entities , Individuals, Trust, Companies, Universities, Colleges, Educational Institutions, Armed forces etc and other institutions/organizations where the use of ADR/s is desirable .
• To do above or all other activities physically or by virtual/online methods.
• To seek membership from the above  stated categories i.e. individuals/corporations/PSUs/Students/Universities/Companies and Firm/Associations etc, on payment of applicable membership fee and charges with approval of Membership Committee under the prescribed rules.
• To organize symposiums/lectures/workshops/debates/competitions etc. in furtherance to the objectives and activities of the Company.
• To establish Mediation Centre/s under the umbrella of the Company in the schools/communities/colleges or at any other places, at the sole discretion of the Company.
• To set standards for ethics for mediators, standards of trainings for Mediation and other form of ADR with necessary course material for the same.
• To develop ADR jurisprudence.
• To develop its own Manual for Trainings on Mediation/Arbitration and other courses.
• To develop/promote settlement culture at institutional levels and in society at large.
• To develop and adopt ODR concept (Online Dispute Resolution )
• To form and constitutes Boards/Committees/Forums comprising eminent jurists, legal professional, legislators , Judges , entrepreneurs , social workers , environmentalists and activists etc., to help society and citizens of India and world all over with their experts opinions in furtherance of the objectives and purposes of this Company.
• To publish reports and articles in relation to activities of the company.
• To Publish Articles, write blogs and prepare vlogs on the Topics relating to the field of ADR or its connected issues.
• To become member of institutions/organizations in the field of ADR/ODR on National and International Level.
• To affiliate or associate with Govt. /Non-Govt. organizations including the Bar councils or Bar Associations of the states, law schools, universities etc.
• To provide all its core services to all without any discrimination of race, community, caste, creed, color or religion, regional differences, language, background, or any other disability.
• To create and provide a forum for Law Practitioners, Arbitrators, Social workers, Mediators, Counsellors  and all other experts from diverse fields, to share views and knowledge in the field directly and indirectly connected with the purpose of this company, if not prejudicial to the interest of the company and to work for/represent the interest of the above mentioned categories of persons and institutions before any Forum/Court of law.
• To provide platform to the citizens of India or any other country worldover for resolution of their conflict/s or dispute/s or litigation/s through any mode of ADR mechanism or otherwise.
• To give accreditation as Certified Mediators to its members/institutions/individuals/professionals/social workers/experts or any other person deemed fit to be a Mediator, after having met the minimum eligibility criterion or having completed required trainings etc.
• To give internship to students and scholarships etc. For research work in the field of ADR/ODR or award to any person/institution/NGO etc. for their contribution in the field of Dispute Resolution Mechanism, at the sole discretion of the Company.
• To do any other act/s which may be deemed expedient in the larger interest of the Company and to ratify the same by the majority decision as per the bye laws.
• To do all or any of the Objectives as approved by the Registrar of the Companies Act mentioned in the Objectives of the Company.
